Over the course of our three-year grant, the Council will release Requests for Proposals (RFP) to contract with consultants to aid in the development of our initiatives.  All of the Council's RFPs will be posted on the UTHealth Procurement Services - Bidding Opportunities webpage.

RFP 744-1331: Media Buyer

The Texas Early Learning Council is looking for strong candidates for a new Request for Proposals (RFP) to hire a consultant to provide media buying services for television, radio, and digital media for a statewide public awareness campaign on school readiness in both English and Spanish. Please help us get the word out to qualified individuals and organizations.

For this project, a qualified vendor will purchase television, radio, and digital media for the campaign under the theme "Little Texans. Big Futures." The vendor will purchase television and radio media in three Texas markets: Houston, Dallas, and the Lower Rio Grande Valley. The online, digital campaign should have a statewide reach.

All television, radio, and digital advertisements are currently being developed and will be provided to the selected vendor. Advertisements are in English and Spanish. Please review the RFP for more information on the target audience, timeframe, and guidelines for the media buy, including media weights, assets, buying specifications, and media flowchart.
